Frequently asked questions.

Models in stock: 3 days to prepare. Custom trophies: 10 to 15 days. Life-size trophies and custom estates: 30 to 45 days.

Place your order for a custom Trophyland in the shop and, once we receive it, we'll get in touch. All we need is a 360º video of your trophy via WhatsApp. Message us on +34 623 969 958 and we'll send you instructions to film it properly. We take care of modelling it, hand-painting it and shipping it to your home, and we'll keep you posted on every step via WhatsApp to guarantee the final result.

Just send us the location and boundaries of your hunting ground and we'll make you an exact replica. A WhatsApp location is enough. Ask about sizes and prices on +34 616 425 137.

Small items are delivered in 3 working days. Items shipped as large parcels can take up to 6 working days.

Payment is made by card, following the steps shown at checkout. Contact us on +34 623 969 958 for other payment methods such as bank transfer. Shipping costs €4.99 to mainland Spain. For other destinations the cost is calculated automatically when you place your order.

Custom trophies cannot be returned, as each one is unique to its customer. For our standard models, you have 30 calendar days to return them if the item does not meet the stated specifications or if it was broken or damaged in transit.

If you're a content creator, taxidermist, gun shop or hunting guide, write to us and we'll tell you how to start working with Trophyland.
